Ownership means you'll have a nice place to stay every year. You'll never have to worry about finding accommodations, the property is beautifully maintained and ready when you arrive. Nothing for you to do, except relax and enjoy yourself.   Owners do have to pay a yearly maintenance fee, but it is minimal (currently $550)
